Welcome to The Chilli Patch which is literally a patch of chillis at Finca Colina in the Montes de Malaga,Southern Spain. As dedicated chilli growers we would like you to enjoy using our chillis as much as we enjoy growing them.
Grown organically from organic seed, we pick, rinse and use our chillis with no fear of chemical pollution. We hang them in nets to dry naturally in the Andalucian sun. Surrounded by almond and olive trees our chillis grow naturally, unprotected from the elements apart from some shading in summer.
